Worship is our #1 Priority each week here at the Ridge. Walnut Ridge hopes to reach out to a wide spectrum of people through the various styles of music. We strive for excellence and seek out ways to put our best effort into each worship experience.

9:30AM WORSHIP
The WRBC Choir and Orchestra lead worship weekly in the 9:30am service, as well as special performances for Christmas, Easter, and more!

Celebration Choir
This is a non-auditioned choir for adult members- just come and join us! The only prerequisite is a heartfelt desire to praise our Lord through song and the ability to match pitches.
Rehearsals: Wednesdays, 6:30-8:00 p.m.

Orchestra
Volunteers with at least 4 years experience on their instrument.
Rehearsals: Wednesdays, 7:00-8:00 p.m.

10:50AM WORSHIP
The WRBC Praise Team and Band lead worship weekly in the 10:50am service.

Praise Team
2-5 Singers on stage weekly to assist in leading worship. Membership on the Praise Team is through audition only.
Rehearsals: Sundays, 8:00 a.m.

Praise Band
Volunteers with at least 4 years experience on their instrument. Membership on the Praise Band is through audition only.
Rehearsals: Sundays, 8:00 a.m.

SPECIAL EVENTS GROUPS
These groups perform during special Sunday morning services and/or holiday performances.

Heartstrings Ladies' Ensemble
Women 18 and older by audition only. Sing in services six times a year, during events at the church, at assisted living centers, etc.

Worship Arts / Drama
All ages are welcome to participate! Auditions are held for lead roles in major works. Volunteers beside performers are needed to work with costumes, set, make-up, publicity, etc.

WHAT TO DO (It’s Easy!)…
1. Pray about your participation in the Music Ministry.

2. Drop a note in the offering plate OR by email to the Music Staff with your contact information indicating that you are interested in Music Ministry

3. OR… talk to one of the choir members after the service.
