WRKIDZ PROGRAMS

Here at Walnut Ridge children are a vital part of our church family. Our desire is to partner with families to help children grow in a relationship with God and live a life pleasing to Him. Our children's ministry is called WRKIDZ and, more specifically, is broken into 2 groups. Grades K-3 are known are a part of "The Theater " and grades 4-6 are in "The Drive-In ". We strive to provide an atmosphere that is both creative and relevant so that kids feel comfortable coming and learning about God.

We pray that as we come alongside parents in teaching their children, that they may learn that we should glorify God with all that we do. Whether it's at school with friends, at a sports game, or at home with a sibling, kids should always live a life that is pleasing to God.

WRKIDZ (Bible Fellowship)
Sundays at 9:30am & 10:50am

Children will learn about God's Word and build strong relationships during our Bible Fellowship time. Kids are placed in a small group with friends their same age and grade. Quality teachers will lead students to explore issues relevant to today's kids through Bible study, video, music, group activities and personal application.

• Sundays at 9:30am: Grades K-3 meet in the "Theater" / Grades 4-6 meet in the "Drive-In"
• Sundays at 10:50am: Grades 4-6 meet in the "Drive-In"
Kidz Worship
Sundays at 10:50am

Kidz Worship is an awesome time for kids in grades K-3 to come and experience worship like they never have before! With biblical teaching that reinforces the lesson they learned in Bible Fellowship, kids get to interact and participate throughout the whole service! There are also opportunities for kids to serve and lead in different areas of this service! It’s a place where kids can come and learn to worship God freely with a “child-like faith”!

Awana Clubs

Kids look forward to three elements that make Awana great - Awana Games, Counsel Time and Handbook Time. This program rewards children as they complete sections of their self-paced books. You will be amazed at the values learned and the Scriptures memorized as your child earns Awana bucks and badges. Awana is high energy fun and discipleship!

REGISTRATION (Fees per Family)
- 1 child - $25
- 2 or more children - $50

LOCATIONS: Pre-K: 1st floor children's building // Grades K-6: 2nd floor children's building

Parents need to know:

1. There are additional fees for books and uniforms (see clubber manual for specifics).

2. Parents should remain on campus during club times. Please considering assisting in Awana or attending one of our midweek adult programs.
New Christian's Class
Sunday 9:30 or 10:50 (offered every other month)

The class is designed for any child who has made a first time decision to ask Jesus to forgive them of their sins and be the Boss of their life. The class meets for four weeks during normal Bible Fellowship times. The following topics are discussed:

- Understanding what becoming a Christian means
- Exploring what baptism and the Lord's Supper is all about
- Responsibilities of church membership
- Developing a quiet time with God and sharing your faith with others
